RITUAL
Two things I do every single day? I burn incense and I air out the space around me. There is something deeply restorative in the rhythm between fresh air and scent slowly moving through a room.
With fragrance, I drift off, rest, and create. Air brings me back to the ground — back into focus, back into the system. Most often, I burn Pigmentarium incense, which I co-created as an extension of my own longing for sophistication, mystery, and a certain sense of the unexpected. Still, I never hesitate to explore beyond it. The further I feel from the world of bowls and cups, the closer I am to these small “unnecessary” objects — like an incense holder. As with many things I make, it began as something for myself. Two micro-series later followed for Pigmentarium, before a larger collection emerged in March 2026 for Prague bookstore BOOK THERAPY. Because reading beside a burning incense stick is, in many ways, the ritual of all rituals.
