BLUE CAT LAMP

A menacing blue cat forms the body of the lamp, crowned with a small textile shade. Crafted from light clay, finished with a vivid blue engobe and sealed in a transparent glaze. The lighting system inside is deliberately simple, yet perfectly functional. A socket is set directly into the cat’s body, fitted with a long white textile cord and switch.

Each object is made as a one-of-a-kind piece. Creating an identical one wouldn’t be possible — nor something I’d want to try. If the piece is sold but you still feel you must have it, please get in touch. It’s always possible to make a similar one to order. The process and delivery may take some time — I kindly ask for your patience. But once it’s yours, it will be forever, so a few weeks of waiting might be worth it.
