PEDRO LAMP

A rounded, slightly ungainly figure in the hue of fruit chewing gum, forcefully shaped into the base of a lamp. Crafted from light clay and finished with a pink engobe beneath a transparent glaze. The lighting system inside is deliberately simple, yet perfectly functional. A socket is set into the figure, fitted with a long white textile cord and switch. The cable exits on the left side. Signed.

Each object is made as a one-of-a-kind piece. Creating an identical one wouldn’t be possible — nor something I’d want to try. If the piece is sold but you still feel you must have it, please get in touch. It’s always possible to make a similar one to order. The process and delivery may take some time — I kindly ask for your patience. But once it’s yours, it will be forever, so a few weeks of waiting might be worth it.
