ELEPHANT LAMP

A large decorative lamp in the form of an elephant. The lighting element can be removed, allowing the piece to stand on its own as a sculptural object. Light-coloured clay decorated with coloured engobes, pencil drawing and a transparent glaze. The lighting system inside the lamp is simple, yet perfectly functional. A long textile cable with a lamp holder and switch is loosely placed inside the elephant’s body and secured with a ceramic hook. Signed. 2026.

dimensions: height 30.5 cm / width 20 cm / depth 24 cm

Each object is made as a one-of-a-kind piece. Creating an identical one wouldn’t be possible — nor something I’d want to try. If the piece is sold but you still feel you must have it, please get in touch. It’s always possible to make a similar one to order. The process and delivery take 2–3 months — I kindly ask for your patience.
