MERMAID

A graceful candle holder for a single slim votive candle. The mermaid with a shell bears the face of my partner, Tomáš Ric (so he knows he is my inspiration and that I don’t use his face only for coffee cups). Light clay decorated with pink, blue, and green engobe, finished with a transparent glaze.

Each object is made as a one-of-a-kind piece. Creating an identical one wouldn’t be possible — nor something I’d want to try. If the piece is sold but you still feel you must have it, please get in touch. It’s always possible to make a similar one to order. The process and delivery may take some time — I kindly ask for your patience. But once it’s yours, it will be forever, so a few weeks of waiting might be worth it.
