ALLIGATOR CANDLEHOLDER

An intimate candleholder designed for a table or fireplace mantel, holding two votive candles. It takes the form of a slender, good-natured, almost black alligator. Crafted from light clay and finished with deep black-brown, yellow and blue engobes, sealed beneath a transparent glaze. Signed.

Each object is made as a one-of-a-kind piece. Creating an identical one wouldn’t be possible — nor something I’d want to try. If the piece is sold but you still feel you must have it, please get in touch. It’s always possible to make a similar one to order.
